Requirements & Qualifications

1.  Combined income 3 times the rent

2. All possible tenants 18 and over need to submit an application 

3. Provide 2 forms of ID (Driver's license, Social Security, Passport) 

4. Provide proof of current income (pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)

5. Provide current/ past landlord info from the last 5 years 

6. Go under standard background & credit check
